This worksheet requires students to find the area and perimeter of compound shapes with triangles and rectangles.
Split into two sections, section A asks students to find the perimeter of six different shapes. Learners must remember to include all lengths, even those without labels. However, no calculation of unknown lengths is necessary.
In section B, students will find the area of six compound shapes. We guide pupils through dividing the shape into rectangles and triangles to complete their calculations. Some missing lengths must be worked out before the area can be found.
