Students will master converting between days and hours with this worksheet.
In section A, students will state the number of hours in 1 to 8 days and consider the fractions of half a day and 2 and a half days. Learners will also be asked to articulate how this conversion is achieved.
We reverse this in section B as pupils convert hours into days. Section B also included fractional days, such as 18 and 54 hours.
Section C requires students to convert a time in days and hours into hours. This is a guided process, with an example showing 2 days and 12 hours as 48 hours + 12 hours before answering of 60 hours.
Again this process is reversed in section D, where students convert a time in hours into several whole days and hours.
