Learners will master dividing amounts into ratios in no time with this carefully planned worksheet.
In section A there are 8 amounts of money to be divided into 5 different ratios. We have added an extra dimension here as each amount is to be divided into 5 ratios all with the same sums. Thus allowing students to get to grips with how the ‘parts’ can be shared.
Next learners have five new amounts to be divided into five ratios each. This time all the ratios have different sums, enabling students to really practise this method and process.
In section C we have provided some blank space for either creation of questions by parents, teachers or students themselves.
