Inverse Proportion worksheet description

Students will work with inverse proportion equations throughout this structured worksheet.

Students are encouraged to write down proportional relationships in sections A, B and C (relationships include y is inversely proportional to x, p is inversely proportional to h2 and z is inversely proportional to the cube root of w), convert to an equation using k, find the constant of proportionality and then use this equation to find missing values of both the subject of the formula and the other variable.

Section D consists of a worded question and 2 tables of values to complete with given inversely proportional relationships.

Calculators are required for pupils to complete.
