Adding and Subtracting Liters and Milliliters WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
Students will be able to practice reading from scales and strengthen their understanding of metric measurements of capacity with this worksheet. Section A displays four 1000-milliliter containers holding different amounts, and students will need to read the scales and then add or subtract the amounts for the questions. Section B builds on Section A by introducing two 10-liter buckets alongside two 1000-milliliter containers. Again, students will need to read the scales and perform some additions and subtractions. Finally, Section C introduces the imperial units, pints, and gallons, providing the conversions to milliliters. Students will need to use the conversions to solve addition and subtraction problems.
