Practice using formulae to find areas of sectors, arc lengths, and missing information such as the radius or angle of sector with this worksheet.
Section A is all about area of sectors, with questions 1 to 6 focusing on fluency using the formula. In questions 7 and 8, students are given the angle size and area, and are tasked with using the formula to find the radii.
In section B, your learners will answer two questions on finding arc length and two questions where they will find missing angles given the radii and arc lengths of different sectors.
Extend students with section C, which is made up of three questions finding perimeters of shapes, two of which are made up of two sectors.
