Calculating Bearings (A) worksheet description

This worksheet will help learners calculate bearings from different types of diagrams. Each diagram is not drawn to scale, so learners will need to use their knowledge of angles around a point and angles on straight lines to answer the questions. Section A provides two images of a center points surrounded by other points labelled as towns. Angles between the lines from the center to the towns are provided. Learners need to find the bearings of the towns from the center. Section B asks learners to find the bearing of point Q from point P based on different diagrams. Section C extends on the section B with similar style questions. An extension section then asks learners to consider return bearings and worded questions. There are more related questions on Calculating Bearings (B).
