Converting Percents to Decimals WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION

This is a super worksheet for students to practice using percentage multipliers. Section A focusses on students stating the correct multiplier for finding the percentage or its increase or decrease. The questions are well structured to using the same percentage in different ways, for example, the multiplier for finding 4% followed by the multiplier for finding a 4% increase. Sections B, C, and D reinforce the need for showing work on an exam, as well as knowing what one-step calculations are used to find certain percentages, as these can also be common exam questions. Section B asks for the multiplier calculation and answer for finding a percentage. Section C asks for the multiplier calculation and answer for increasing by a percentage. Finally, Section D asks for the multiplier calculation and answer for decreasing by a percentage.
