Students will work with the practical context of selling school equipment with this worksheet on giving change. The items on sale are listed with their prices and students only have coins available to give to customers as change. Students must complete a table. The table shows what items are being purchased and the amount of money used to purchase these items. students will work out the total price and how much change is needed as well working out what coins to give as change using the smallest amount of coins possible. All amounts used are multiples of 5¢.
