Multiplying and Dividing with Scientific Notation WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
This worksheet gives a selection of non-calculator questions where learners will mainly practice multiplying and dividing with numbers in standard form. Section A starts by just asking them to multiply or divide a number in standard form by another power of ten. It then extends this to two numbers in the form A x 10^n which need to be multiplied or divided. Section B follows by asking learners to square some numbers standard form, with a couple of questions involving addition and subtraction. Section C ends the worksheet with two applied questions involving multiplication.
