Percents of an Amount (A) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
This is a nice simple worksheet to help students build confidence and consolidate the skill of finding 50%, 25% and 10%. Students need to fill in the circles with their answers for the percentage given in the centre circle. Section A starts by asking students to find these percentages of some simple values, with them later needing to find 10% of some more complicated values. Section B has a similar structure, but with the added context of money, meaning the students will need to be careful to leave values to two decimal places when required.
