Prime Numbers WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION

Once your students can define and identify prime numbers, this worksheet will aid their recall of the prime numbers under 100.

In section A, learners have to circle prime numbers from a list of 27 numbers. Watch out, we’ve added some common misconceptions in here with numbers such as 21 that students often mis-identify.

Next, students will write down all the prime numbers between 20 and 40.

Section C will test students' knowledge of prime numbers as it introduces them to the interesting concept of some square numbers being made by the sum of two prime numbers.

This worksheet ends with an extension looking at perfect numbers.
