Within a single system of measurement, express measurements in a larger unit in terms of a smaller unit. Record measurement equivalents in a two-column table. For example, know that 1 ft is 12 times as long as 1 in. Express the length of a 4 ft snake as 48 in. Units of Time (A) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
In Units of Time (A) basic conversions are stated which students will use to complete six sections in table form. Conversions e.g. seconds and minutes are split into two sections one where seconds convert to a whole number of minutes and one where seconds will be written as minutes and seconds. Other conversions are between minutes and hours and hours and days.
