Volume With Pi (B) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION

Here is a non-calculator worksheet on the volume and surface area of cones and spheres. Answers, where appropriate, will be left in terms of pi.

Section A is about finding the surface area of a sphere, given either the radius or diameter.

Section B is about finding the volume of a sphere given either the radius or diameter.

Section C asks for both the volume and surface area of cones giving information about the radius or diameter and height or slant length.

Lastly, section D asks for the surface area of a hemisphere and the volume of a compound shape.

All worksheets are created by the team of experienced teachers at Cazoom Math.
