Dividing Decimals (B) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
This worksheet follows on nicely from Dividing Decimals (A). In this worksheet, we introduce questions where the divisor is a decimal number and want learners to think about how they will get their answer – will they find an equivalent fraction with an integer divisor, or will they divide by the integer by a power of ten? Sections A, B and C have a simple set of questions and a table to complete. The worksheet ends with three word problems in section D, introducing real-life concepts such as mobile phone costs, exchange rates, and shopping.
