Multiplying and Dividing by Powers of Ten (A) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION

This worksheet leads into Multiplying and Dividing by Powers of Ten (B) and (C) by asking learners to consolidate the knowledge of place value by multiplying and dividing whole numbers and decimal numbers by ten. Section A asks learners to practice multiplying whole numbers and numbers with one decimal by ten. Section B then asks the same, but with numbers with two decimals. Section C then has some mixed questions based on the two previous sections. A similar format is then arranged for dividing by ten. Section D has dividends in the ten or hundreds. Section E has dividends in the ones or with decimals. Section F has some mixed division questions.

All worksheets are created by the team of experienced teachers at Cazoom Math.
