Multiplying Decimals (A) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION

This worksheet is designed to help students practice the skill of multiplying decimal numbers by integers and then solve simple problems involving that skill. Section A starts with some questions consolidating multiplying and dividing decimals by 10. Section B helps students by providing some integer multiplication using the standard algorithm, and then below that is a set of decimal multiplication questions that will use the previous whole number answers. Section C then extends on section B by just asking learners to multiply with decimals. Finally, section D has a couple of word problems for students to solve.
