Compare Intervals of Time WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION

Children compare intervals of time throughout this worksheet.

Pupils will look at a variety of activities, the time taken to complete them and order them from shortest to longest time in section A. Activities are measured in seconds, minutes, hours and weeks.

Then Pupils will compare pairs of activities and will use their own estimations of time to decide which activity would take the longest in section B.

Also in section B, learners will compare pairs of durations of time, such as 3 days and 1 week and decide which shows the longest time.
