Measure Straight Lines (B) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
In section A, pupils will measure the lengths of lines which are aligned alongside a ruler. Watch out as not all lines begin at 0 cm! Pupils will consider rounding two lines to the nearest cm in section B.
Section C asks pupils to measure a further 7 lines, this time using their own rulers. Lines are in vertical, horizontal and diagonal orientations. Lastly, in section D pupils will measure parts of a drawing of a house and answer questions such as how tall is the roof.
