Telling the Time (A) WORKSHEET

Suitable for Year groups: Year 4
Learning objective: Read, write and convert time between analogue and digital 12- and 24-hour clocks.

Telling the Time (A) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION

Take your learners through the basics of reading analogue and digital clocks with this worksheet.

In ‘Telling the Time (A)’, pupils have a table to complete where the time will be shown on an analogue clock, a digital clock and written in words; sometimes this means learners will read the time in words and complete the clock or they will read the time from a clock and write the time in words.

Section A focuses on telling the time to the hour.

In section B, times quarter past and half past the hour are introduced and section C concludes with a mixture of the above.

All worksheets are created by the team of experienced teachers at Cazoom Maths.
