This worksheet involves practising the grid method for short multiplication. All of the questions involve multiplying a 2-digit number by a single digit.
Section A provides 24 questions where the multiplication grid has been set up with the values in the appropriate boxes ready for the learner to complete and find the final answer.
Section B removes some of this scaffolding and the learner is expected to separate the 2-digit number into its tens and ones part.
Section C the sets some similar questions without providing the grids.
