This worksheet is aimed at KS3 learners and covers biased questions in questionnaires and surveys.
A selection of questions is provided for learners to look at the language used and the options presented. Learners must then decide if the question is rude, leading or biased in any way.
There may also be problems with the response boxes. Use this worksheet alongside Biased Samples, Biased Questions, Designing Good Questions and Questionnaires What’s Wrong (B). A version of this worksheet without the added clues is also available.
