Add and Subtract Mixed Numbers WORKSHEET

Students should be encouraged to consider when each method is more effective than the other before using whichever method they deem more suitable to answer a further 6 questions, 3 of which involve positive and negative numbers.
Section B will see learners problem solving as they complete an addition pyramid, solve a missing number puzzle and select mixed numbers from a set of 4 to equal 3 ā .
All worksheets are created by the team of experienced teachers at Cazoom Maths.
