Circle Theorems (B) WORKSHEET
Circle Theorems (B) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
This worksheet will help learners practise using the circle theorems “opposite angles in a cyclic quadrilateral add to 180 degrees” and “the angle in a semicircle is 90 degrees” along with the theorems covered in Circle Theorems (A).
Section A provides some straightforward diagrams with missing angles to find.
Section B then increases the complexity of the diagrams and changes the type of angle notation used. Follow on from this worksheet with Circle Theorems (C).
All worksheets are created by the team of experienced teachers at Cazoom Maths.

Frequently Asked Questions
Students should have a solid understanding of the parts of a circle, including terms like radius, diameter, chord, and arc. They'll also need to be comfortable working with angles in general, as this foundation is essential before applying the more advanced circle theorems covered here.
