Multiples WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION

Help students to use the concepts and vocabulary of multiples with this worksheet.

In Section A, students will complete sequences by identifying missing multiples, list the first five multiples of four given numbers, select numbers from a set that meet specific criteria, and identify all multiples of specified numbers within a given range.

Section B helps draw out any misconceptions as learners will decide whether statements such as “3 is a multiple of 12” and “All multiples of 3 are also multiples of 6” are true or false.

All worksheets are created by the team of experienced teachers at Cazoom Maths.

Frequently Asked Questions

Students should have a solid grasp of times tables along with multiplication and division facts before tackling this work. These foundational skills are essential because identifying multiples requires understanding how numbers relate through multiplication. Without confident recall of basic multiplication facts, learners may struggle with the pattern recognition needed in both sections of the worksheet.
