Systematic Listing WORKSHEET
Systematic Listing WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
This worksheet will guide your pupils through listing all outcomes using a systematic method.
Kicking off with section A, students will list all the possible outcomes of three single events.
Next, in section B students will use tables provided to list all the possible outcomes for another three events. Events include choosing a main course and a dessert from a menu and tossing three coins.
Students will do the same in section C but this time, there are no tables pre-drawn.
Lastly, in section D, learners will find the probability of different outcomes. Learners may need to consider listing the outcomes beforehand.
Students can use the product rule for counting to check they have the correct amount of outcomes listed.
All worksheets are created by the team of experienced teachers at Cazoom Maths.
