Telling the Time (B) WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION

Once students can tell the time to the hour, quarter past and half the hour, they are ready for ‘Telling the Time B’. In this worksheet, they will tell the time in intervals of 5 minutes to and past the hour. All sections include reading and writing time on analogue clocks, digital clocks and in words.

Section A kicks off with times past the hour. Students are reminded to consider what happens to the hour hand as the minute hand moves around the clock face. Then, in section B, pupils will move on to work with times to the hour.

All worksheets are created by the team of experienced teachers at Cazoom Maths.
