Using Graphs to Solve Non-linear Equations WORKSHEET
Using Graphs to Solve Non-linear Equations WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
This worksheet provides a nice set of questions to help learners solve graphical simultaneous equations involving quadratics, cubics and reciprocals.
For the first two questions, several graphs are plotted on axes and learners will need to read off the solutions based on the equations presented.
For the remaining questions, a non-linear graph has been plotted and learners must plot other linear graphs to solve the given equations, some of which are transformations of the non-linear function.
All worksheets are created by the team of experienced teachers at Cazoom Maths.
