Dividing Decimals (B) WORKSHEET

This worksheet follows nicely from Dividing Decimals (A). This worksheet introduces questions where a divisor is a decimal number. We want learners to think about how they will get their answer – will they find an equivalent fraction with an integer divisor, or will they divide by the integer followed by a power of ten?

Sections A, B and C have simple questions and a table to complete. The worksheet ends with three worded questions in section D, introducing real-life concepts such as mobile phone costs, exchange rates and shopping.
